From the moment we take on your contract, we take great care to involve you in the process. The project begins with a planning phase, at which the outcomes and structure of the project are laid out. From there, a plan is laid out. All considerations will be made to produce your package in a timely manner to your specifications.

What if I want WordPress instead of a completely custom site?
Our goal is to make you happy. While we do not primarily work with WordPress, we have used it in the past and are happy to make you whatever you need. That said, we feel that WordPress does not provide the same performance and is more prone to bad actors.
What if I am not happy with my web development, do you offer a refund?
Our development process keeps you heavily involved. While it is possible that you may be unhappy with something, your continued involvement in the project will ensure that it turns out exactly how you envision it. This means that changes can be made throughout the process to give you what you need.

Will I incur any additional fees beyond what is mentioned in the package?
We will never attach any hidden fees. Any fees that may be added will be from any optional upgrades that you include such as additional pages. We will completely disclose any and all fees that may be incurred before undergoing any process beyond the initial scope.
How are payments accepted?
We primarily accept wire transfer and PayPal payments, but will also take credit card payments from all major providers.

What is the importance of GOOD Web Design?

What is the difference between Web Development and Web Design?
Web Designers are primarily focused with the look and feel of a layout, about how the user will interact with your content. Web Development is primarily focussed on the function and structure of a website. Thus, you need both for an effective website.

Hosting Packages
Hosting is provided free for the first six months, but renews at the following rates:
Package Cost/Month Static* $25 Standard $50 *Static web hosting cannot be modified with the web panel and cannot utilize dynamic add-ons like Blogging or Ecommerce.
Why are there different hosting prices?
Pricing is based on the complexity, resource usage, and needs of each package. For instance, the Static package is for static websites and will therefore require the least amount of resources and space usage. The Standard package package, on the other hand, requires back-end access for dynamic content that can be posted and updated, as well as data backups and therefore requires a higher amount of resources and custom access.
Does hosting cover any changes I make to my website?
The Standard Hosting package provides online access to dynamic content on your website that you can log-in and change as needed. The Static hosting package, however, must be changed manually. Hosting with us covers up to an hour worth of minor tweaks and fixes to your website per month. However, any big changes, or changes not resulting from a system error, will need to be done as a contracted job.
If you foresee regular changes, or would like to pay a retainer fee to ensure coverage at a discounted rate, let us know. Our retainer fee is half our usual hourly rate per hour of contracted retainer. Having us on retainer can save you money and is a cheaper alternative to hiring an in house web developer given you can specify the hours per month. To avoid abuse, a minimum of 5 hours contracted retainer fee per month is required for discount to apply.

What eCommerce Platforms can you integrate with?
We currently offer Shopify and Square API Integrations, allowing you to have a custom website while utilizing the perks of these other platforms. We believe that these platforms offer the best bang-for-buck of any eCommerce solutions available, while also offering Point of Sale hardware and other services.
Can you create a Non-API eCommerce Platform?
Yes, however this would require a lot more work and a much longer development time, given the complexity of the task. This is why we suggest Shopify and Square.
Do you integrate with any other eCommerce platforms?
Depending on the platform, we should be able to create an entirely custom website for just about any eCommerce platform, just ask!

Can you Re-design my Current Website?
While we much prefer to build your website from scratch, we are able to modify an existing website to help it function better, or complete an incomplete website. If your website is built using a templating engine, WordPress, or Weebly, we may suggest instead to create a new Website.
Why Create a New Website?
Depending on who built the website in the past, and how much documentation was left behind by that developer, its very possible that the existing code may be difficult to follow, making it harder to modify or redesign. Redesigned websites therefore don't need to piggy back off of existing code that may bog down or complicate your website for the future.
